Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come. (1 Timothy 4:8)
Exercise is important. Having a regular routine provides great health benefits! My question to you is, do you have a regular faith routine you follow? The benefits of strengthening our faith are much greater than anything else because the effects are eternal.
Schedule a routine, pick out some reading plans, write in your prayer journal daily. Do whatever it takes to draw near to God and He’ll draw nearer to you. The benefits are more than you can even imagine or think. All things are possible with God, yes ALL!
