Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the LORD. (Psalms 27:14)
While visiting the doctors’ office you wait, going to the barber or hair salon you wait, dinning at a restaurant you wait, but when it comes to waiting on God we complain and want to give up. Yes, you may have to wait longer for God, but He gives you instructions to wait patiently on him. In Habakkuk, He adds for it shall surely come.
That scripture has gotten me out of my misery while waiting on the Lord. When I look back over my life, I’m so thankful that I waited!
If you are still waiting on God, you maybe limiting God with what you want or desire. Take the limits off God and allow Him to be God and do it his way. His way is always better than ours, so take your hands off, be brave, stay courageous, because God is going to work it out on your behalf. Don’t try to make it happen. Remain in the joy of the Lord and suddenly the door will open for you. I’m excited about what God is about to do in your life!!!
