Three things will last forever; faith, hope, and love and the greatest of these is love. (1Corinthians 13:13)
There are many opportunities for you to walk in love. We have many opportunities to walk in love, but far to often the choice is to react according to how the person is treating us. Family members and others in our lives make it difficult to walk in love. Relationships are on the edge, but love never fails.
The word of God clearly defines love in the above scripture. Love is patient and kind. It doesn’t seek its own way. Love doesn’t keep a record of wrongs. And love never ever fails. It doesn’t say anything about the way you feel. God’s love is never about feelings. It is a divine choice that one must make. You can make a choice to be patient, kind, and to love. It doesn’t matter what you are encountering, so open you heart and make a choice to love at all times. Then thank God for empowering you, by his Spirit to walk in love no matter what you face today.
